We transitioned into property management, taking on the responsibility of overseeing a residential portfolio of blocks for a leading UK-based development company. Managing these properties in-house allowed us to refine our skills in service charge budgeting, compliance, maintenance coordination, and leaseholder relations.

Recognizing the need for a more client-focused and cost-efficient approach, we founded ANG Property Management three years ago, offering both tenancy management and block management services. As the business grew, it became clear that block management requires a specialized skill set, distinct from tenancy management.

To provide an even more dedicated, streamlined, and expert service, we established Beyond Imagination Property Management, a company solely focused on block management. Our goal is to offer transparent, efficient, and cost-effective solutions tailored to the unique challenges of managing residential buildings.
